A Wellbeing Guidebook has been developed to guide people who work with youth - community, social and youth workers, educators, parents and the soccer coach from the school nearby. It is also a self-coaching tool for all of you who want to learn something new about yourselves.
This guidebook is a great tool that can support if you want to
- learn something new about yourself, expand your abilities and improve your mental health and well-being
- implement activities that will support young people to explore their mental health and cultivating resilience
- organize, facilitate and design spaces for youth to meet up and connect with one another
- to “walk alongside” young people in navigating their mental health challenges
In this guidebook, you will find 6 chapters with a plenty of exercises and questions that will take you on a journey of
- self-exploration (e.g. needs, feelings, behaviour patterns…)
- exploration of your environment (e.g me in relation to people and circumstances…)
- developing a growth mindset that can support you to reach your goals and dreams, to face challenges and stay resilient in times of storm.
